7. Since you arrived have you had a Service Request preformed in your suite? Was the Maintenance Tech courteous? Was the Service Request preformed to your satisfaction? Was the area left in a clean and sanitary manner?




8. If you have a maintenance related issue, is it addressed in a timely manner, and does the quality meet your satisfaction?




9. Is the exterior and interior of the property maintained to your satisfaction? All common hallways, walkways, driveways and grounds.
